Hi everyone! I’m a bit confused about when to use "he" vs. "him" or "they" vs. "them" in my writing. Could someone explain the easiest way to tell if I need a subject or an object pronoun? Thanks!

The easiest way to decide is to look at the verb. Subject pronouns (like he or they) perform the action - they go before the verb. Object pronouns (like him or them) receive the action or follow a preposition - they go after the verb. Ask yourself: "Who is doing the action?" If you need a clear breakdown with more examples to master this, check out this guide on LingoHarvest. Practice makes it much easier!
