My travel planning notes contain usernames for several public accounts that regularly share walking routes and neighborhood photographs. Instead of starting with a general social media search, I prefer selecting an account from that list. This made the direct profile lookup in Instagram Story Viewer particularly useful for my routine. I could go from a saved username to the available public stories without spending time searching for related accounts first. The simplicity helped me keep travel research organized around the places I was actually considering. I also liked checking different neighborhoods in separate short sessions, since each visit had a clear purpose and did not need much preparation.
