Microsoft Azure for SAP Workloads Specialty Certification is meant for people working with SAP systems. SAP is software that keeps track of finances, sales, supply chain, and HR. This certification shows that you know how to plan, set up, and manage such systems the right way.
This post is for IT professionals, system administrators, developers, and anyone curious about this path.
So let's start talking about jobs. Having got the certification, you may consider applying for roles such as Azure SAP Architect, Basis Administrator, Cloud Migration Specialist, and Solution Consultant. This will be useful in case you have experience working with Azure, because there are fewer experts in SAP.
Next comes industry demand. Big companies in all parts of the world rely on SAP, and more of them move their systems to Azure each year. But very few people know both sides well. Businesses need someone who can shift systems over, keep them stable, and fix problems. That is why demand is expected to stay high.
It will give you extra points on your CV, and it will make you different from other applicants. Plus, you can work on exciting projects and earn more money. However, the certificate is only one part of the deal. Hands-on skills are valuable when working and when being interviewed.
If you want to take this direction, you need to study the basics of Azure and SAP first. Then practice in the laboratory and get ready for the exam step by step.
