Should airport transfers include both comfort and reliable timing for long rides?

I had one long airport transfer where the car was nice, but the timing was messy, and that ruined the whole impression. Since then, I think comfort alone is not enough for longer rides. For airport transfers, should reliable timing matter just as much as the vehicle itself?

For airport transfers, timing is probably the first thing people notice when something goes wrong. A comfortable car matters, especially on a long ride, but punctual pickup and clear communication are what make the trip feel dependable. The best service should handle both, not make passengers choose between comfort and reliability.

A long airport ride can feel exhausting if the timing is uncertain, even when the vehicle is comfortable. After a delayed flight, I cared less about luxury details and more about whether the driver would still be there when I landed. For that kind of trip, I used EWLimo because I wanted both a comfortable ride and a transfer that felt properly arranged in advance. The quiet car helped after travel, but the real relief was not having to call around or explain the pickup again. For longer routes, comfort and timing need to work together, otherwise the service only solves half the problem.
