I'm in a bit of a panic with my 2016 Nissan Patrol. Over the past week, I've noticed the temperature gauge creeping up, especially when I'm stuck in traffic or driving on the highway. I've already checked the coolant levels and they seem fine, but I'm starting to worry it might be something more serious, like a head gasket issue. I'm not getting any milky residue in the oil or white smoke from the exhaust, but the overheating is consistent enough to make me nervous. I'm based near Musaffah Shabiya and I really need to find a workshop that can properly diagnose this.
