I'm starting to hear some creaking and groaning noises from the front of my 2015 Lexus ES350 whenever I go over speed bumps or turn the steering wheel at low speeds, and I honestly have no idea whether it's worn-out bushings or if my shocks are on their way out. The car still rides reasonably smoothly on the highway, but around town it feels a bit more jittery than I remember, and the steering doesn't feel as precise as it used to. I don't want to just take it to a shop and have them tell me I need thousands of dirhams worth of work without knowing whether it's actually necessary. I've been doing some reading online and came across suspensionrepairdubai.ae/ which has some information about common suspension issues, but I'd really prefer to hear from actual owners who've dealt with similar symptoms. Has anyone here had creaking from the front end of their Lexus and found out it was something simple like dry ball joints that just needed greasing, or did it end up being something more serious? I'm also curious about how long shocks typically last on these cars – I'm at about 80,000 kms and I've heard mixed things about whether that's early for shock failure or about average. I'm in Dubai and I'd really appreciate any recommendations for a shop that can properly diagnose suspension noises without just trying to sell me a complete overhaul.
